Monica Odelus, PMHNP-BC

At the heart of our practice is Monica Odelus, PMHNP-BC, a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Monica earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Psychiatry in 2021 and has since been committed to delivering thoughtful, evidence-based mental health care to adults.

With a strong foundation in both medication management and brief supportive therapy, Monica specializes in treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and more. Her approach is patient-centered, collaborative, and tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs and goals.

For out-of-network clients, session rates typically range from $200 to $260. You can request a cost estimate by providing your insurance details through our secure portal.

Yes, we offer services in both English and French Creole.

  • Cancellation Period: Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.
  • No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice may be charged a no-show fee of $50.
  • Rescheduling: Clients are encouraged to reschedule appointments in advance to avoid cancellation fees or no-show charges.

  • Our practice has a restricted controlled substance policy.
  • It is solely at the discretion of the provider, whether or not to initiate or continue any controlled substance following an extensive evaluation.
  • You may continue controlled medication from an outside provider, however, you are required to disclose to the provider any controlled medications you are taking to ensure safety and avoid drug-drug interactions.
  • Controlled substances include stimulants, amphetamines, benzodiazepines, and opioids.
  • Only established patients who have been with the practice for at least 3 months can request FMLA/Short Term Disability.
  • This clinic does not grant long term disability under any circumstance.
  • There is a $50 fee for any paperwork or letter that requires the PMHNP-BC to complete, fax, or send.
  • ESA/Service Animal letter: $100
  • Our clinic maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any patient misconduct, including rudeness, threats, or yelling.
  • On the first offense, patients will receive a written and verbal warning.
  • A second offense will result in discharge from the clinic, accompanied by referrals to other providers to ensure the continuation of your care.
  • The best way to communicate with your provider is through our patient portal.
  • This allows for secure communication and ensures that your messages are received in a timely manner.

  • If this is the first time, please click on the ‘Set Password’ button to set your password. A link will be sent to your email and from that link you will be able to create a password and then sign on to the Portal.
  • The portal will provide you access to messaging the provider team and to request appointments through the portal.
  • We will make every effort to reply to your messages within 24-48 business hours.
  • In the event of a crisis or emergency, we recommend seeking immediate assistance by calling 911 or going to the nearest emergency room.
